Floyd Shivambu and Zuma’s daughter Duduzile at each other’s throats

A tug of war is erupting between former President Jacob Zuma’s daughter Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla and uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party Secretary-General Floyd Shivambu.

The latest developments prompted MK Party head of the Presidency, Magasela Mzobe to eliminate reports that there were divisions within Zuma’s new political toy.

 “Commanders and ground forces of the MK Party, stay focused on the task. Comrade Floyd, the SG of the MK Party, is not going anywhere. He remains a trusted SG by President Zuma and the organisation,” Mzobe said.

He added that Shivambu remains a trusted Secretary-General of the MK Party and that Duduzile was also not going anywhere and remained a reliable member of the party's leadership collective.
