Celebrated actress and tv presenter Jessica Nkosi has opted to take a break from television screens to focus on building her personal brand. Nkosi’s decision glues her commitment to developing her career outside acting.
The Azanian can confirm that Nkosi has recently joined forces with Bayer South Africa Consumer Health division as the ambassador for the Bepanthen® Derma line of products, specially formulated for dry and sensitive skin.
This partnership exemplifies Bayer's commitment to continuously exploring innovative approaches to connect with consumers. Through this collaboration, Bepanthen Derma and Jessica aim to engage with the public through various campaigns, where Jessica will share her personal experiences with the brand products and emphasize the importance of incorporating a comprehensive skincare regimen into daily life.
"I serve as an ambassador for every brand I collaborate with. I prioritize long-term partnerships over short-lived deals, signing lengthy contracts to ensure longevity," she states.
The actress emphasizes the importance of loyalty and longevity in her partnerships, noting that she is not hesitant to decline offers that do not align with her values.
"I cannot promote a brand that I do not personally believe in. Authenticity is key in building trust with my audience," she explains.
Jessica may be taking a break from screens, but she is eager to showcase her talents beyond her usual sweet roles in acting. She is looking to challenge herself by portraying different characters, such as a hobo or a lesbian, in order to push herself acting-wise.
When Jessica eventually returns to Mzansi screens, there is much more in store for her as she also has aspirations of venturing into the production space.
